Ok but outside has really, really heavy smokers on a narrow balcony so the rooftop part is impossible to enjoy the view, too hard to breathe then every time they open doors the smoke comes inside too. Basic premix style drinks on the new menu, not living up to the price, mostly ice. The main positive is the quirky hotel lobby downstairs and the fun elevators.

nice Cocktailbar in the "25h Hotel" in Köln. on the upper floor level located The Monkey Bar offers an smal menu of cocktails and drinks for regular prices with a nice sunset atmosphere. unfortunatelly the skyline of Cologne is not visible from the balcony as it faces not the Dom side but therefore you have a nice view to the industrial area of cologne. Service is Ok. but not very patient. The venue is often used for special events and partys which inviting lot of night people.
